HIIT STEP is a high energy class that pushes you to the max using your bodyweight & a step only. Blast off some fat with this high-intensity cardio class.

Format

Classes generally lasting around the 30-minute mark and including warm-up & cool down.

Target of Classes

Get a full cardio workout and body conditioning training with the HIIT STEP workout. This class is designed to provide you with the greatest results in the shortest amount of time.
