Bootcamp is an interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests with lighter activity. They can be good fun & a way of meeting different people

Format

The Bootcamp classes take place in a group setting, sometimes outdoors. The class normally involves the use of lighter weights and bodyweight exercises

Target of class

Some of the benefits include generally burning lots of calories, increase in strength, boosting confidence, improved endurance balance, and coordination.
