We start with a 30-minute taster session where we discover more about your current training regime and your fitness goals. After assessing your health and fitness levels, we take you through a 30-minute taster training session.
After which we will explain the benefits of training that particular way and discuss how we move forward with personal training sessions
Format
The training session lengths vary in time but are usually 30 - 60 minutes. Our pricing is assessed based on the length of the sessions, how many sessions are required per week, and if sessions are booked in advance.

Target of training
We create the targets of your personal training based on your health, fitness levels, and personal goals. In order to measure your progress, we offer measurements of weight and body fat % which are conducted every 4 weeks.
