About

Pilates is about strength and mobility with precise movements.
It's for anyone and everyone to either work on relieving back pain or simply to take an hour for yourself.

Format

Classes take place in a group setting, for 1 hour per session. No special clothing or equipment is required.
Mat and blocks provided for the classes.

Target of Classes

Pilates works on core stability and a good posture which in return helps organs sit correctly. Concentration is key which also helps to calm the mind, focus on correct breathing.
